What a week!

Been sick for over a week now. I probably would have recovered sooner if I didn't have to work and constantly talk... That caused my sore throat and coughing to last for a wonderful whole week.

Celebrated 4 cool birthdays this weekend, and ate a lot of cake -_- A LOT of cake... Will go on mandatory diet starting now.

Watched the Grammys and totally fell back in love with Greenday again. Haha good old rock music phase...

And I think it's time to prepare for pharmacy school, oh boy. Lots to do and plan and pray and pray and pray. Yup, God willing (crosses fingers).

it has been awhile

that means i'm getting lazy. things that have happened this year so far... i served jury duty for 1 day. i was picked to be a juror and then the case was dismissed because they settled out of court hahaha what a waste of time and tax payer's money. i met 2 pastor's wives there and it was nice to chat with them while we waited hours upon hours... note: "please wait another 15 minutes" really translates into 2.5 hours.

i am getting used to work, although the pain of standing on my feet all 8 hours is really tiring. my coworkers are really funny though, they be cool. and it's nice to have awesome coworkers when you're having a crummy day at work!

i sleep very early now

- because work is tiring and i wake up early. which means 11pm is my bedtime, and i love it

lately the grace and love i'm receiving and feeling from God is just indescribable, literally i cannot express it in words. i've tried, and it just came out incoherent.

"where the grace of God is missed, bitterness is born. but where the grace of God is embraced, forgiveness flourishes..."

and a random psalm verse that is absolutely beautiful is ps 30:11

He is jealous for me,

oh how He loves us, sigh so undeserved -_- thank you Jesus, thank-you.

Christmas eve

Had to work from 9-3 today, but the boss is paying everyone a full day's wage :) he gave everyone some bonuses too yay

Wanted to kill some time by shopping after work but omg. Ended up driving near the entrance and going straight home. There was just WAY too much traffic, it was gross.

Had a wonderful dinner with family- 13 of us! Then we all opened presents and watched "night at the museum 2." it was really fun :)

And then Jesus was welcomed into the world. What a beautiful night!

working life means you just have fewer hours in the day running your errands and stuff...

so i actually feel busier than i did compared to being a full time student. -__-

a big bag of emo

disappointment, jealousy (the good kind), confusion, fear, grace, love
- what a big bag of emotions mixed in a week!

for now, it seems like a new chapter is being opened. praying that God will continue to open doors for me :)

i wish getting A's at community college was as easy as getting A's at ucla -_- i fail at school!

and i got my first paycheck today. man, i miss clicc :P

In my life...

I want to be able to witness a meteor shower, no matter the time of night, length to drive, how I get there...

Simply seeing one or two pass by while driving is not good enough!
